Shipping Policy

Ink & Tears Co. ships orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only)

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays or holidays.


International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide.

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days, depending on location.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Ink & Tears Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
