At Ink & Tears Co., every piece is made with care and intention. We want you to love what you wear — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Items returned without approval or outside the 7-day window may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order once your return is processed. This helps ensure your new item is in stock and ships faster.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue — we’ll make it right.
